Equipment operated will include disks, chisels, cultivators, harrows, bedders and sprayers. Assists with irrigation of crops by putting out and moving irrigation pipes and by monitoring fields as they are irrigated. Works on land leveling projects by surveying land, developing cut sheets, and operating land leveling equipment utilizing lasers and GPS systems. Will work independently and in cooperation with principle investigators, graduate students, program, associates and program technicians in conducting field plot research programs.
