Recommends programs to Transportation Manager on improving operation of the fleet. Provide delivery service that exceeds customer expectations.   Maintain accurate files on vehicle use, condition, maintenance and fuel usage. Implement inspection program and a maintenance program to keep equipment in effective operating condition. Process logs and trip reports for all drivers and shipments. Ensure the timely creation and filing of DOT reports.   Process bills of lading, making sure that proper charges are billed in the appropriate manner.   Job Requirements Must possess analytical and communication skills. Possess strong computer skills (prefer experience on AS400), and knowledge of DOT rules and regulations.   Requires avalid CDL and skill in the safe operation of different types of trucks.
