Basic Qualifications 7 years experience in transportation/roadway design Must be licensed as a P.E. with project manager experience Microstation, Inroads and/or software knowledge required. Knowledge of Local Government road and street design issues as well as ODOT and OTA policy and procedures a plus. Experience in marketing of municipal and county projects with associated project management preferred.
