Job Title: North Dakota Transportation Manager Company: HDR, Inc. Location: Bismarck, ND Description: HDR is a highly successful employee owned firm that has been in business for over 90 years. The North Dakota Transportation Program Manager can be based in either BISMARCK or FARGO. The primary duties will be to market and execute Transportation services to our clients. Will work closely with the Dakota's Operations Manager, Regional and Local Technical Directors, and Transportation staff to develop various size pursuits in North Dakota. Encompasses developing leads, preproposal visitations, proposal preparation, presentations and negotiations. Will also work on and manage Municipal projects. Typically supervises project teams and acts as a mentor for less experienced municipal staff. The selected candidate will have established long-term relationships with clients in North Dakota including with Local Agencies, Counties, Cities and NDDOT. Key Words: 091287
