This position will have the responsibility of managing a group of customers by ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of order acceptance and order entry, managing the follow-up on customer problems and inquiries as well as fostering initiatives to increase revenue and improve overall service. Interaction with other departments such as Safety, Accounts Receivable and Fleet Maintenance will be required. The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of transportation industry experience, with exposure to dispatch, scheduling, rating, customer service and safety. You should be detail oriented, able to multi-task and have a sense of urgency for the immediate needs of the customer. You must also be computer literate in MS Office products and have strong organizational and communication skills.
