Job Title: Customer Service/Transportation Specialist Company: Location: Des Moines, IA Description: Express Logistics, Inc., located in Waukee, is seeking a full-time Freight Routing Coordinator to join our Support Team. A Freight Routing Coordinator needs to be one whom has excellent customer service skills and can multi-task. The main duties include, but are not limited to: 1. Answering the phones and yielding customer and vendor questions 2. Processing freight moves in our Transportation Management Software from information gathered by incoming phone calls, faxes, and/or emails 3. Assisting the sales representatives of Express Logistics with questions and seeking the best possible resolution 4. Communicating with LTL carriers in regards to all aspects of freight and shipments Other General Information: 1. Normal working hours for this position are Monday-Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, however, working beyond these hours will often be required by business needs.
