Job Title: Dedicated Team Driver - DDL Company: Averitt Express Location: Indianola, MS Description: Job Description This dedicated account has its distribution center located in Indianola, MS where the pre-loaded trailers are parked for store deliveries within a 800 mile average radius. (Some runs can be up to 1,500 miles round trip) Each load usually has 3-4 stops per trailer. After your last stop, you'll return to the DC for your next load. The driver will be required to unload the trailer by pushing the pre-loaded roll-tainers of product into the stores with the use of the trailer liftgate. Some hand unloading of the cartons onto the U-boats will be required as well. So if you’re a “go-getter” this driving position may be just what you’ve been looking for because the drivers “average” weekly pay is between $1000 and $2000! High School Diploma or GED Drivers must have Class A CDL No convictions for Reckless Driving within the past 5 years No convictions for DUI within the past 5 years No suspensions or revocations within the last 5 years No serious violations within previous 12 months (15 mph or greater, following too close, improper passing, traffic offense committed in a CMV in connection with fatality) No more than 1 moving violation within the past 12 months No more than 2 moving violations within the past 3 years Not currently involved in any pending court action that would disqualify him/her from employment No felony convictions No misdemeanors for theft or violence within the past 10 years No misdemeanors for drugs within the past 5 years How to Apply: Please click on the link below to use our on-line application system.
