Teams receive priority freight and dispatch Teams generally spend 2-3 weeks out, 3-4 days home, based on home location, freight flows, and preferences 48,000 - 73,000 annual pay, varies by geographic location and experience level Solo pay plus up to .07 / mile team premium.
