Job Title: Customer Service Dispatcher Company: Pike Transportation Location: Broken Arrow, OK Description: Job Purpose:  Work in a high energy transportation office coordinating carriers and shipments.  Serves customers by processing orders, scheduling shipments, coordinating transportation providers and ensuring documentation of shipments and carriers is complete.  Entry level position that can grow into exciting transportation career. Duties: * Order input of shipments and carrier qualifications * Dispatch drivers by communicating essential load information, completing follow-up tracking calls and communicating successful deliveries to the customer * Maintains customer service delivering exceptional phone skills and relations development * Attention to detail required to ensure all appropriate documentation is completed timely * Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents. * Updates customer and carrier database by verifying and entering data. * Accomplishes customer service and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
